Service exclusions
iON's advisory services strictly exclude medical advice, clinical diagnostics, treatment decisions and administrative HR management.
iON is not a regulated health profession and does not provide health care. Clinical judgment, patient care and treatment decisions, regulatory compliance and employment and staffing decisions remain solely the responsibility of you and your practice. Content on the Site must not be used as a substitute for advice from a qualified clinician, lawyer, accountant or human resources professional.

Governance and governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. The courts of Ontario have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the Site.
